For Sdn Bhd, Bhd, public companies and foreign branch offices (Registrar of Companies).
Business Profile (ROB)
For sole proprietorships and partnerships, commonly known as enterprises (Registrar of Businesses).
Certificate of Incorporation
Issued by SSM under the Companies Act 2016. Confirms the company is a recognised, separate legal entity.
Idaman Document
Statutory company forms lodged with SSM (such as Form 9, Form 44 and Form 49), indexed under the ROC Idaman code.

ROC (Registrar of Companies) covers incorporated entities: Sendirian Berhad (Sdn Bhd), Berhad (Bhd), public companies and foreign branch offices.
