CTC stands for certified true copy. It is a copy of a document registered at the land office, such as a caveat, a charge or a memorandum of transfer, extracted from the land office records for you.
Certified copies of caveats (Borang 19B), charges (Borang 16A), memoranda of transfer (Borang 14A) and land plans (Borang B2 Pelan Tanah).
Full title info for every request. For a caveat, charge or transfer, you also need the Nombor Perserahan of that specific entry. If you don't have it, tell us the parties involved and we can find it for you.
