What Is Pelan Akui (Certified Plan)?
Pelan Akui (English:
Certified Plan, also called
PA Map) is a survey plan prepared in the format required by the
Department of Survey and Mapping Malaysia (JUPEM) after a cadastral survey has been carried out and approved by the Director of Survey and Mapping. It shows the

What is the difference between Qualified Title (QT) and Final Title (FT)? ›
A Qualified Title (QT, Hakmilik Sementara) is issued before the land survey is completed and approved. A Final Title (FT, Hakmilik Muktamad) is issued after the survey is approved and a Certified Plan is available. The Certified Plan is therefore a key document when converting QT to FT.

The fee is confirmed when you submit your request through the
inquiry form, as it depends on the request.
