1. Can I submit a land search for PTG Selangor?
- We are glad to inform you that we now have slots available for land search in PTG Selangor. Clients can submit orders accordingly.
2. Does EasyLaw still provide land search service during phase 4?
- Yes. Clients may input orders as per usual so that we may slot in your orders once we get the necessary info regarding turnaround time and procedures for each land office.
- However, due to the phase 4 and the different procedures & closure of the land offices, we could not guarantee any timeframe as per when you will receive the land search results. For any latest updates, you may refer to our announcement board HERE, as we will update the announcement board from time to time.
3. When can I get my land search result?
- It will depend on which state land office and their current phase 4 procedures which may cause some expected delays. Rest assured, our team will continuously do daily follow-ups with all land offices to provide land search results within the estimated turnaround time. 4. When can I get the hard copy of my land search result?
- Kindly note that the EasyLaw team is operating on a work-from-home basis. Therefore, do expect delays in receiving the hardcopy of results due to the latest phase 4 procedures & parcel arrangement. Your Safety is our priority. Clients may request with our EasyChat team if a change of address is required as long as the address is within the same state.

5. I have made payment for my order. Why does the status show it is still pending payment?
- If you have received our payment confirmation notification or email, it means that we have successfully received your payment. The status pending payment refers to our process of pending payment to the land office and no action required from the clients’ side.
6. I have submitted my order and made payment. Can I cancel my land search?
- Cancellation of orders would be based on our discretion on whether your land search has been submitted for processing to the land office. If no, then we shall cancel your order and refund your credits back into your EasyLaw account.
7. If I cancel my land search order, can I get a refund?
- For any successfully cancelled orders, we shall provide a credit refund to your EasyLaw account. For more info, you may view our Refund Policy.
